Congratulations!

Congratulation on a fantastic concert!  I am so proud of each and every one of you.  We will have no rehearsal Tuesday morning, December 20.  Enjoy a morning to sleep in.  We start up again Tuesday, January 10th.  Happy New Year!

Chorus Concert

Our first 4th/5th grade chorus concert is quickly approaching!  It will be Thursday, December 15^th at 6:30pm in the Gombert gym.  Students need to report to the music room at 6:00pm to warm-up.  Parents may go to the gym at that time. 

Concert attire is black shoes, black pants (with black socks) or a skirt, and a nice white top.  (i.e. blouse, polo shirt).  During school that day, students should wear jeans and a Gombert shirt or Gombert colors for the school performance.

After winter break, chorus will start up again on Tuesday, January 10^th.

Build a School!

The Gombert Chorus is participating in a project to help build a school in Tanzania, Africa.  We will be taping a performance in rehearsal next week on November 8th.  Click on the link for a form with more information and permission to participate.  This is a fantastic opportunity for our chorus!!!

Chorus Begins!

Chorus rehearsals begin on Tuesday, September 13th, at 8:00am in the Multi Purpose Room.  Please enter through Door #10 (YMCA entrance).  I'm looking forward to getting the chorus season underway!  Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

Parents of fourth and fifth graders interested in the District 204 Choral Music Program should plan to attend the parent orientation.  Individual questions will follow the general presentation.

Chorus is offered to fourth and fifth grade students as a before school activity.  More information on sign-up and start-date are to come!

Second Semester

Chorus practice will begin again this Tuesday, January 11th, from 8-9am in the Multi-Purpose Room.  We will begin working on all new music for our spring performances.  I'll see you all there!
